We are now in Eagle Lake, Florida.  
From Winter Haven, go South on Hwy 17 into Eagle Lake.  Get into the left lane and look for the Dollar General on the left hand side.  We are right behind them.
From Bartow, go North on Hwy 17 into Eagle Lake.  Get into the left lane and go through the Eagle Ave. traffic light  and take the next left onto Pearce Ave and we'll be on your left.

What are your hours?
Monday thru Friday I am here from 9:00-5:00.  I am closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Where can I find the Model Number?
On Ranges: open the oven door and look on the frame at the top of the oven cavity, or open the drawer at the bottom and look on the leg of the stove.
On Refrigerators:  open the refrigerator door and look on the interior walls, both left and right sides.  You may also look on the ceiling of the refrigerator compartment.  Some model have it on the lower right hand portion of the cabinet just above the kick plate.
On Washers: look on the top/rear of the control panel, or open the lid and look around the opening.
On Dryers: open the door and there should be a label to the side of the opening.
On Dishwasher:  open the door and look on the left/right tub lip.

What Brand Name Appliances Do You Handle Parts For?
Whirlpool, General Electric, Electrolux, Frigidaire, Hot Point, Gibson, Tappan, Westinghouse, Roper, Kitchen Aid, RCA, Montgomery Ward, Magic Chef, Crosley, Jenn Air, Admiral, Maytag, Norge, Kenmore.

What Brand Name Appliances Do You NOT Handle Parts For?
LG, Sharp, Pannasonic, Fisher & Paykel, Thermador, Viking, Wolf, Some Magic Chef, Haier.
For small appliances, (toasters, iron, etc) contact the manufacturer.

What are your Store Policies?
on ice makers, electrical parts, gas parts, installed parts, or special ordered parts.  There is a 20% restocking charge on all accepted returns.  No returns after 30 days of original invoice date.  Part warranties (90 days & if authorized by us) are on a parts exchange basis only with a $5.00 processing fee.  It is recommended all parts be installed by a qualified appliance repair technician.  To do otherwise is to assume any and all liabilities in association with your purchase.

What parts are too expensive to repair my appliance?
All microwaves are throw away now and glass trays and door handles are averaging $65.00 & up.
Electronic controls on most appliances are $150.00 and up.
